Connect VS Code (GitHub Copilot) to Emailsify

Create .vscode/mcp.json in your workspace, or use the MCP: Add Server command.
Paste the configuration below.
Generate an API token in Emailsify Settings and use it as the bearer value.

Client configuration formats change. If a field name differs, check the MCP documentation for VS Code (GitHub Copilot): the server URL and the bearer token are what matter.

No. The server is hosted at https://www.emailsify.com/mcp. You add the URL to the client and sign in or paste an API token.

MCP access is part of the Pro and Scale plans. The browser inbox is free.

What can VS Code (GitHub Copilot) do with the inbox?

Create an address, read mail, wait for a verification code or link, and delete messages.

Is it safe to let an agent read email?

Email is untrusted input. Emailsify returns cleaned, truncated, labelled text and can wait for a code and return only the extracted code or link. Still keep tool access narrow.
